Standard terms and conditions
1. Prices – The price charged shall be the price published on the BC Softwear website,.
2. Payment – Any new accounts are dealt with on a proforma basis only, until a trading relationship is established. For trade account
Customer’s, the customer shall pay the price of goods within 30 days from date of invoice. The suppliers shall be entitled to charge interest at the rate of 4% over the base rate of AIB GB on all overdue payments from the due date of payment until payment is received. For any specially manufactured orders, or orders requiring embroidery a deposit of 30% is required, and balance payable on delivery.
For any Specially manufactured orders, please allow +/- 5% tolerance on final delivered quantities.
3. Cancellation- no cancellation can be accepted without a full charge, once the manufacturing process has started, or embroidery has commenced
4. VAT- All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.
5. Delivery –. A delivery charge of £ 5.95 will be added to all orders below £ 300, otherwise delivery is free for all orders to UK mainland, outside of UK mainland, please phone for a quote.
6. Non –delivery, shortages - we must be advised within 24 hours from the delivery date, in writing, of any non delivery or shortage, otherwise we cannot be made responsible for any loss.
7. Returns - Returns will only be accepted if we are notified within 24 hours of delivery, and only if the items returned are not embroidered, unwashed and not used.
7. Title of goods- whilst the risk in the goods passes to the customer on delivery to the customer’s premises, the title of goods remain the property of the Supplier until full payment has been received on all outstanding invoices.
